Key Forms for Budgeting

Chart of Accounts Budget and Plan
This form is your main hub for storing budget and plan data. It allows you to track actual versus budget results and variances in your financial reporting. -
Copy Balances to Budgets
Use this form to create your budget template by pulling actual balances from a prior fiscal year. -
Budget and Plan Growth
Define growth rates for budgeted amounts directly within SyteLine, though the Excel Add-In Tool often offers more flexibility. -
Budget Consolidation
If you manage multiple sites, this form consolidates site-level budgets into an entity-level view for reporting.
Pro Tip
If you need to zero out an existing budget or plan value, SyteLine doesn’t accept a simple "0" via the Excel Add-In Tool. Instead, manually enter 0.001 before uploading—it will convert to zero in SyteLine.
