It’s so great to be back after an amazing three weeks away from the office! I’m thrilled to say that while I was out, Inside the Glass Box was delivered without a hitch, thanks to a little automation magic. Most of you know I took some much-needed vacation time, then swung by LA for an inspiring conference.
This conference was a deep dive into how solopreneurs like me can streamline our operations and serve clients even better. Over two and a half jam-packed days, I absorbed everything from automation techniques to resource rollouts. As you might imagine, I came back with a head full of ideas and am genuinely excited about all the new ways I’ll be able to deliver insights and tools to you even more effectively.
Many of you know that Glass Box Consulting is often a one-person operation, though I do bring in extra support from time to time. Because of this, I’m always on the lookout for ways to simplify without compromising quality. Streamlining certain tasks frees up more time to focus on the specific needs of your teams.
